It may be that however unpleasant the prospect, it is time the shift attention to the promise of politics in the world as it is. I try to make that case in a post I call "The Gloaming of Global Governance" on my new blog Winnowing fan. I can offer no insight to the domestic Canadian politics that have resulted in a modified stance on climate change that troubles you.
