		<description>Daryl,

Your sad winter solstice post set me thinking. It may be that however unpleasant the prospect, it is time the shift attention to the promise of politics in the world as it is. I try to make that case in a post I call &quot; The Gloaming of Global Governance&quot; on my new blog Winnowing fan. I can offer no insight to the domestic Canadian politics that have resulted in a modified stance on climate change that troubles you. But, let me assure you that your work on Guerrilla Diplomacy has caught our attention and inspired deep thinking in our more southern clime. To longer days!
